FixTrace is a Chrome extension by Fixholics (https://fixholics.com) that explains which Salesforce CPQ price rules, product rules and summary variables apply to a quote line, and measures how long the Quote Line Editor takes to calculate. Summary
FixTrace does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal or organisational data. Everything stays in your browser. The only network requests go to your own Salesforce org's API, using the session you are already logged into. Every request is a read. FixTrace has no analytics, no tracking, no remote configuration and no remote code, and it never contacts fixholics.com.

What it stores
chrome.storage.session: the quote to trace and the last Quote Line Editor timings, cleared when the browser closes.chrome.storage.local: only the welcome-dismissed flag and the Live trace setting.- Query results stay in memory and are discarded when the side panel closes.
What it does not do
- It sends no data to Fixholics or anyone else, and makes no calls to fixholics.com.
- It has no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking. Links to fixholics.com carry UTM tags, which only travel if you click.
- It loads no remote code or remote configuration, and never executes your Quote Calculator Plugin.
- It never changes Salesforce data and never edits your QCP.
- It never asks for or stores usernames or passwords.
Exports
Copy as Markdown, Download JSON and Copy as image put a trace on your clipboard or in your Downloads folder. Where it goes from there is up to you. Exports never contain your session id.
Children
FixTrace is a tool for Salesforce administrators and consultants and is not directed at children under 13.
