FixyTask is a weekly planner app for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, made and published by Fixholics ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with your information. In short: without an account nothing leaves your device; with an account, your tasks and notes are stored privately so they can sync, and we never sell, share or advertise with them.
If you don't sign in
Your tasks, daily notes and settings are stored only on your device. We don't receive them, and the app collects no analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers or location.
If you sign in to sync
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we store:
- Account details: your email address (Apple may give us a private relay address instead), your name if you share it, and the ID Apple or Google gives your account.
- Your content: the tasks you create (title, day, done or not, position, reminder time) and your daily notes.
We use this only to sign you in and to keep your tasks and notes the same on all your devices. Only you can read your data: every row is locked to your account. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or tracking, and we do not sell or share it.
Where your data is stored
Synced data is stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) region, and is encrypted in transit. Sign-in is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. Reminders are scheduled on your device by the operating system.
How long we keep it
We keep your synced data while your account exists. Deleted tasks are removed from our servers at the next sync.
Deleting your account and data
In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and everything synced to it are deleted from our servers immediately. Tasks on your device stay unless you delete the app. You can also email hello@fixholics.com from the address you signed in with, and we will delete it within 7 days. If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop using Apple sign-in for FixyTask in your Apple ID settings.
Children
FixyTask is a general-audience productivity app. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act give you rights to access, correct, export or delete your data. Email hello@fixholics.com for any privacy request.
